Apple, Pink Lady

Pink Lady is known as the Queen of apples because it is crisp with a dense, firm flesh and an excellent, almost effervescent flavour.  Pink Lady apples where created in Australia by John Cripps in 1973 and have become one of the world’s flavour apples.  They have a high sugar content which makes for prefect cooking desserts.  These little beauties are grown chemical-free at Thulimbah.
