Onion, Red

Red onions are cultivars with purplish red skin and white flesh tinged with red. These onions tend to be medium to large in size and have a mild to sweet flavour, making them perfect for a variety of culinary dishes. Add for a zing to salads or try sautéing with a dash of balsamic vinegar for caramelised sticky goodness. Our red onions are certified organic from Toowoomba and are available September to February.
