Our supply of delicious non-astringent persimmons are grown using biodynamic methods near Gympie. Usually Jiro or Fuyu varieties, both modern varieties  can be eaten while crisp or allowed to soften up before eating. They have a sweet orange flesh and tend to be available for a short period from March to April.
