Pumpkin, Jarradale

 An Australian favourite with superb eating and baking qualities. The Jarradale pumpkin has a hard, blue/grey skin (which helps to keep well in storage for long periods), with sweet yellow/orange, stringless flesh. Jarradale pumpkin is a larger variety – they are a popular choice for baking, scones, boiling, and pumpkin soup. Ours come from Bundaberg.
