Zucchini has a delicate flavour that requires little more than a quick cook in butter or olive oil but can also be incorporated into other recipes like bread. Zucchini can also be eaten raw, sliced or shredded, in a cold salad. The season for zucchini is from August to March. We source our Zucchini from the Granite Belt, north of Bundaberg, Severnlea and the Samford Valley.
